July 23, 2018I should have read the review below before I moved in last year. I have moved out and went back to get my deposit back, but she said that my place wasn't clean enough so the cleaning lady had to clean all day long that's why they can't give my deposit back. I don't have problem with calling cleaning lady and deduct whatever about they paid to her from my deposit,but not all of them except the case they paid the cleaning lady 500 dollars per day if so I would love to work as their cleaning lady. ...It's your call to move in or not but you need to be really really really clean. Bad owners, never move to this place
September 23, 2017I did stayed in this place for 2 years and I was about to leave the apartment so, I got checklist to be cleaned inorder to get back deposit. I cleaned everything with no dust apartment and then I went to get deposite but, the maintenance lady called Anitha was not ready to give the deposit says she needs brand new apartment. There is no marks or damage or dirt in house but she said there was dust on top of refrigerator and said to bleach again the bathtub but technically there was nothing wrong ...for what all she said because the apartment was cleaned. Then I did call cops to help me to get my deposit back and then "police" said it should be fixed between me and the property owner or to file case on property owner and then I did asked her again about calling someone from cleaning agency to clean again so, that I can get my deposit and then the OWNER called MARK called and spoke with me he cannot give the deposit back because I am leaving the in September where he don't get new people.... She did same with 3 more people where I did see from past 2 years..... WORLDS BAD MAINTENANCE AND BAD ETHICS OWNERRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
