Only deal with 5T Management as a last resort

This may not be the experience with all the other tenants, but my family continues to have issues with 5T Management and the unit we are currently in.
In the beginning, we were given a chance due to our poor credit to move in by the property manager Kelly. We were in a bind and needed to make a quick decision and went forward. sitting atop the rickety wooden floors like a tarp. We issued complaints on multiple occasions about the poor condition of the carpeting, the 2 hand sized wholes in the wood beneath in front of our bathroom and kitchen, and the lack of transition strips.
As a few months went by accompanied with a few haphazard fixes, we began seeing mice pop in and out of the floors where the wholes were. The wholes were "fixed" but the mice just found other ways in. To date when one dies (eventually from the poison traps) another one shows up. To top off all of our frustration, they use a ridiculous card system to pay rent. You have to find a place that even knows how to load it and put your rent on the card plus a "convenience fee". We went to 3 currency exchanges before finding one that was equipped to load it.
My advice, stay away if you can. On the upside, they're willing to approve just short of anybody and I had quite a few collections accounts.
