Roach infestation at 320 E 6th Street, New York, NY in East Village. Saw rats in the basement (never in our unit thankfully). And they had the gall to strong arm us $300 off our security deposit (which has been 'lost in the mail' for 2 weeks) for 'cleaning fee' even though it was a disaster when we moved in AND we had cleaned extensively before moving out. Also bad at keeping track of payments despite having an online portal. Terrible experience would never rent from these people again.
