      Hello guests, we hope you enjoy our newly renovated property on Hazel Street.  We named it Mon Valley's Diamond in the rough because McKeesport is currently receiving a much-needed facelift.   We're extremely proud of the outside motion lights and keypad entry on side and rear doors.  Prior to your arrival, we will program your preferred entry and alarm codes for easy access.  Newly installed carpet located on the upper living room/bedroom floor.  Please remove any outside footwear before entering (shelves are available locally to place all footwear).   For added convenience, we have maintenance available 24 hours a day.  Additional linen, blankets, towels, etc. are onsite to satisfy any extra needs.   This unique 2 story floor plan allows you the comfort of entertaining guests, without exposing your privacy.   Side Entrance leads you directly into the living room, with the bedroom located directly adjacent.   Rear entrance is through the full-size kitchen, with the laundry area and bathroom on the same level.   All appliances are new, stainless steel Whirlpool brand. Dishwasher onsite as well Full set of cookware and utensils.   Fruit juicer and Keurig coffee maker available for all guest preferences.   Crock pot, cutting boards, etc. for the chef's at-heart.   Recirculation vent above flat top stove and ceiling fan available to reduce any unwanted fumes or smoke while cooking.   Please place all garbage bags on the front porch and our maintenance team will take care of the rest.   Local waste maintenance is picked up every Tuesday morning.   No parking rules at all.  Parking readily available on the front street.  Parking in the rear is permitted, but not recommended on wet days.   Side door (living room) and rear door (kitchen) entrance codes will be programmed prior to your arrival.   To gain entrance to property simply type in your four-digit code then turn the manual lock counter-clockwise.  The wall-mounted touchscreen security pad is located just inside the side door entrance (living room entrance).
