Mold and No real AC unit

We lived there for a year, in apartment 1, before the mold in the window got to be too much. The owner had a "contractor" come look at the mold and he said he just needed to wipe it! No way were we going to stay there with a newborn. We got an independent assessment done and the mold is most likely in the walls and would cost $4000-$6000 to repair properly. One of the neighbors grills right against the house and it comes in the bedroom windows, making the whole apartment smokey. Not vent in any ...
