July 29, 2017Hello renters, Just a-little heads up on this location. I would definitely think twice about renting here. I lived here for many years and the place got sold. It was an affordable living for senior only but once it was sold that changed and the rents doubled. The new owners raised the rent but haven't did repairs which are really needed. Plumbing being the biggest concern. All units have consist problems with it. From the looks of the place the yards are no longer beautiful and green as they were ...before.
