The building is one big joke! The management never responds to your important emails. The laundry room has only five machines, which one of them is always broken. Windows are breaking down, everything is pretty old; avoid. The only thing I can recommend about this building is super attendant

Good Size but i would not recommend it

Unfortunately the bldg is run poorly...we've had a mice and roach infestation for the past year. We caught 2 mice in the past two days along...We had the exterminator in three times this year... In spite of everything the management decided that raising the rents $500 is justified....they are now at the same price with a luxury rental in this neighborhood... Mind boggling!!!
