Two Bedroom with a view

Love my apartment. It is like 95% perfect. The two bedrooms are of a good and equal size located at opposite ends of the apartment. the kitchen is brand new with nice cabinets and dishwasher fridge (with built in water/ice, never have i seen this in a new york apartment) The bathroom is all new also with a rain faucet shower. And it has a good size livingroom. The best part is we are on the top floor of the 6 story building and have an amazing view of the park across the street and the bronx. ...
The only thing that takes away the 5% is that there is no laundry in the building. But other than that, it is a great apartment.
