APPALLING MANAGEMENT, PESTS, MOLD

Impossible to get hold of management company, they don't answer calls, reply to messages or emails unless you are moving in. Once you are in you never hear from them again. Consistent cockroach infestation, sewage issues & mold. The units look nice and new but the foundations and plumbing etc has never been updated. The walls are so thin you can hear a light switch being turned on and entire phone conversation from neighbors as well as the traffic from Olympic which never stops. If you have ...

somebody upstairs you will never sleep again from the noise. Local parking permits mean having to put a new pass on every single day before 8am including weekends as well as pay for an annual night pass. And if you don't park in a specific spot which is never available you get a ticket without fail.

One word: PESTS! All kinds even roaches. Property management only wants your money and doesn’t care about tenants or the buildings. You pay them, but you ultimately have to handle maintenance yourself. Trust me, move somewhere else. There’s better in this area for this price point.
