Spacious Studio in Murray Hill

This studio is a great size! Spacious closets, plenty of room for a bed and a couch in the main area. There is not a lot of counter space in the kitchen, but there is enough space to add in a kitchen cart/island.
The building is small, only about 10 apartments total. The super is really nice, and fixes any issues quickly. And all the tenants are nice, they even bring up boxes for each other from the mailbox area!
A con is there is not much space in the entry way and the trash is right by the ...
entrance to the stairs so it gets smelly sometimes. They are usually very good about taking out the trash, but sometimes, I guess we just have really smelly trash.
I haven't had any issue with the landlords, they were very nice when I signed the lease, but haven't had to get in contact with them since.
It's a great place and not far from the subway!
