September 5, 2025The apartment as a whole is great. Safe parking garage with nightly security. The people for the most part keep to themselves. 2 pools so never felt over crowded . The units are large for what you pay for. In a good area of town with walking distance to bars and restaurants. But!! The walls are paper thin and can hear my neighbors alarm go off in the morning. The halls can get dirty with trash and dog poop. The gym needs to be upgraded, most of the equipment doesn’t work. The dog parks are just ...gravel and mud and need to be securely fenced in if I wanted to take my dog off the leash at a dog park! It is an older building so issues with water leaks and pressure. My ac went of a few time in the 2 years we lived heat but with any issue maintenance was right there to fix all problem quickly (hats off to them). All in all if you want a decent place to live in the city it’s not a bad choice!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 1, 2025The parcel lockers have been down for about a month with no updates. The door handle to the 3rd floor from garage has been broken for weeks. There are gnats in the gym and near the coffee station.Review from Apartments.com
