Amicable staff, clean society, no noise, maintenance request are handled within 48 hours.
I am not happy about few things
1) The lock numbers on the garage door does not work
2) Postal service park their vehicle at the entry of the garage creating a blind spot for people taking car out to the other side of the street. After repetitive ask to put a board for postal services to park at the end of second entry point, no action has been taken.

stop flying insects, lizards and frogs to come in, again no action taken so far. Its very important for first floor houses
