May 6, 2025Nice and silent society. Good Pets regulation and cleanliness. Usually it's safe but I see that garage doors at all levels ( except first floor) are all open to enter the building which is a safety concern. Also amazon/ups/USPS drivers park the vehicle just at the entry of the parking lot creating a blind spot for cars coming out and leading to accidentsReview from Apartments.com

February 6, 2025I am staying in this apartment from last 7 years. Nice, clean society. Maintenance staff is good and friendly. Rents were reasonable and less at the beginning in comparison to other apartments. But will every renew they are increasing the rent so no longer this apartment is cheap when compared to new apartments coming in near by streets. Also I do face issue where any delivery vehicles stops just before garage entry/exit area creating blind spot for vehicles going out of garage. I have asked ...maintenance team to put a board for vehicles not to stop before second exit... but no action have ever been takenProperty Manager Responded
