Honestly just not worth it.
July 5, 2021The apartment itself was your standard LA apartment, clean but basic, everything painted 100 times over, and definitely overpriced. Which is meh, whatever. AFTER move out, however, the rental company took $100+ for a "cleaning fee", even after I super cleaned the place (you could eat off the floors) and another $100+ to repaint a door when the peeling paint was clearly because multiple layers were painted on without sanding the original door and it was nothing of my doing. It all felt very random ...and arbitrary like they were never really planning on giving me back my full deposit. I'm only writing because I wish I knew about this company (1st London) before I had rented, lots of other similar units in the area under better management companies.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Welcoming, quiet, and centrally located
September 23, 2015The building is a little older but it's well maintained, super quiet and very welcoming. I love the plants in the main courtyard area. Plus the building is just a few blocks away from the active Culver City restaurants and theaters. My unit itself is spacious and was really a good find for the area. Also, management has been a breeze to work with.Review from Apartments.com
