I brought up multiple issues from termites to mold and asbestos he did nothing about anything without threatening to bring in a third party. I just moved out due to water and sewage leak as well as black mold in tje storage unit

A good area, but not a good apartment

I love the area, but the apartments are not good. The appliances like the dishwasher and the fridge are really low quality. My dishwasher is barely functional and is more useful as a drying rack. The shared washer and dryer are very old and not very well maintained. For example, the dryer always needs two cycles to dry any size load. And the price to do laundry has gone up despite no increase in quality. The landlord is not helpful at all and is incredibly slow to respond, if at all.

So thin walls! You can hear door and every footstep of your neighbors!! The property is very old and I heard about lots of crimes but I don't think the management cares.
