        38 Dolores is a centrally-located property convenient to shopping, the arts, Civic Center, and night life. It has extremely easy access to public transportation to get to FiDi. A newer building, apartments have nice amenities, modern finishes, and great views.         Packages are stolen all the time. The building management has not fixed this and even sent email recommending packages be shipped somewhere else because they can’t choose to not control the theft by managing it or getting a service to do so.

        The heat doesnt work, the garage floods, the patio garden closest to the elevator and directly in front of several apartments has been covered with an ugly blue tarp for a year and a half. The community lounge is closed, the trash chutes back up, and theres no gym or door person. Packages get stolen and there is no exposure notification when staff get covid. Is it worth the money for view and location alone? You decide!
