Not bad, but needs updates
July 22, 2015Our apartment isn't shabby, but it needs to be updated. It needs new kitchen cabinets. These white, pressed wood cabinets are chipping & dingy looking, we wipe them down daily, but they're so old. The counter-top is gray with scrapes dings & discoloration because of aging. The hardwood floors are in great shape & still has a nice shine. We're due a new paint job, but were told we're responsible for that. The bath tub needs a new coat as well, as it is badly chipped. However, the building is well ...maintained but there are a few noticeable details that go unnoticed. The building could use some updated fixtures as well.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Ideal for couples
November 26, 2013the apartments we veiwed had good amount of storage. The super was very helpful with our questions. Parking garage and lot is a big plus. The only thing that turned us off was the office staff in brooklyn where the applications are handled. They are slow to respond to emails, which caused us to get another apartment elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
