Love this place. It's like living in a park. Landlord does a great job with upkeeping the property. In a quiet neighborhood - which is what we wanted. Close to route 7, Costco, Shoprite and Stu Leonards!

My girl friend and I lived at Hop Brook Apartments for 6 years. We really enjoyed living there. Our neighbors were all very nice. Never any problems. We love being outdoors and love to walk. So perfect location for us. We recently got married and moved to NYC. I have to say that we miss both Brookfield and Hop Brook! I recommend Hop Brook to anyone who desires a peaceful setting.

Very peaceful and quiet setting. It's a small complex - but that's what I wanted and it's very pet friendly. I viewed an apartment there last June that i really liked and would have rented but it had just gone under deposit earlier that day. So I ended up renting at a larger complex in Brookfield - which has turned out to be a little to busy for my liking.

Hop Brook apartments are a ''diamond in the rough''!
I lived there for 7 years before my employer, GE, transferred me to NJ. My wife and I dearly miss living there. The property is in a private setting on over 7 park like acres in a very nice upscale residential neighborhood, yet is very convenient to shopping and major roads. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and our 2 cats loved living there as much as my wife and I did. I miss the beauty of that place, that ''diamond in the ...
