Overall I love living here and I just renewed my lease for another year. I do wish that there was more equipment in the gym, and the in-unit dryer was able to dry things faster, but overall very satisfied.

Overall I have a good experience living here the past 2 years. The concierges are really friendly and helpful. Maintenance is really quick - sometimes things get fixed within the same day I send the request in. Shout out to Kemi the concierge and the maintenance team! Things that could be improve in this apartment including how smelly the elevators are sometimes (i have seen The Salt Line uses the residential elevator to transport seafood). The trash chute also needs more frequent ...
cleaning/maintenance - it smells horrible in the hallway especially during hot summer days.

Great experience living here to far. Shared spaces are clean. Neighbors and quiet and nice. I have had no issues with noise. Great location, close to everything you could need. The only reason for 4 stars is when I moved in the apartment was not inspected/ ready for move in. The cabinets were falling off the walls and dishwasher was not working. Maintenence was very quick to fix this issue. I also have to check for incorrret fees on my account every month.

4040 Wilson Boulevard is an excellent apartment for any professionals working in DC/NoVa. It's close to the metro and many of the popular stores, the amenities are really nice, and the new manager is highly friendly and approachable. The apartment itself is quiet even though the area isn't. I highly recommend it!

A very safe, clean, and comfortable building to live in. The rooftop pools and sitting area are an added plus. Maintenance is very responsive and efficient when I need help. Definitely recommend living here.

beautiful views and friendly staff, I really appreciate the amenities like the package room and WFH section. the apartments are stunning and modern, but are quite small - my room doesn't have a real door, only a sliding one. additionally, the elevator area on the ground floor can smell quite odd since the building is next to a seafood restaurant.

The apartment is really beautiful, the view is amazing. I've lived here for a month now and I've never once heard my neighbors which is awesome and uncommon in most apartments. The front desk staff are all kind and helpful. Overall I would absolutely recommend the building. The pool on the roof is a little more like a puddle and it gets really crowded but if you go at off hours it's like having your own puddle in the clouds which is nice. Grocery is a block away everything is in walking distance ...
and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Five stars all the way.
