While the photos are very nice, the property management is not. The lack of care shows throughout the building as there are serious problems - they wanted to remove the super because he isn't "young" enough and didn't give him any ability to make this property great. Property management is difficult to deal with, so I would rethink this property as it also comes with a serious infestation; they are all around, you just need to open your eyes and look up and down! Save your money. Go elsewhere.

The super and porter are great and will respond to requests rather quickly,but the building’s management is horrible. Amber property management is the worst management company i’ve ever dealt with. The building is infested with mice and roaches. They can’t seem to get rid of the mice. The incinerators are filled with them. The one star is for the super and porter,but most of the issues are our of their control. The managements doesn’t respond to emergency situations quickly at all. They are only ...

Great place to live - Near NYC/Bronx

This is a nice building. Clean, people in the building are nice, but it has a very small laundry matt in the building for the size of the building; and parking is very hard to find a night. But it is near the City NYC, so this would be a great place to live if you want to be near the city, but not live in it.
