Poor management
June 1, 2021No privacy, noisy, and no parking. I lived here for more than 1 year, I couldn’t find anything due to the housing problem in SD. This place is infested with rats and roaches, the counters are falling and old, you’ll get charged for them anyways with your deposit that you won’t get back. The deposit is 1 month worth of rent. The manager is never there, even on the day to pay rent you have to give it to their kids when you see them. There’s waiting time to get a parking spot, that they don’t ...mention when you’re signing the contract, that you also never get a copy of it, so you’ll be stuck with street parking that it’s nearly impossible to find.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst place ever !!
October 27, 2018Worst place ever!!!!!ive lived here for over 3 years there is a lot of rats and roaches also I’ve seen termites in the apartment I used to live in. Every time we would tell the lady in charge of the apartments that there where rats in the apartment she would only tell us that we must be lying because nobody else has complained to her about rats. The apartments are also in bad conditions if it’s not the counters falling down it’s either the spring from the windows and if you ask the manager she ...just says that she will fix it but she never does until you keep on reminding her everyday..
