Good apartment, few amenities

Our apartment is 2 bedrooms/2 baths, with 2 dedicated parking spaces. We have heating and central AC, and they work well. There's essentially no kitchen storage, with only 5 small cabinets and 1 drawer that is not large enough to had any silverware tray; we use a long ikea dresser to create the storage and the counter space we needed. There are two washer and dryers for the whole complex, and we can literally see into our neighbor's windows in the building next door. There are no other amenities. ...
It's cheaper to stay at the moment, but there's little sense of community in the area. The apartment itself is great, but I often wish it was.located somewhere else.
