This is a gated apartment with 20 units. Our 1 bedroom is a nice space. The bathroom can be bigger but the rest of the rooms are satisfying. Although the neighborhood is a bith desired the apartment management does a good job of keep things in order. Adrian is a great and always helpful.

I wasn't too excited about staying in Los Angeles since I was sold on moving to the San Fernando valley area. It was a sudden change of plans, so my boyfriend and I had to find something quick! We came across a few apartments in the area, but none of them felt welcoming. We decided to check out the neighborhood that my boyfriends mom lived on(which we should've done in the first place) and came across this cute colored apartment building with a for rent sign out front. We called the number and ...

instantly was able to check out the place. I fell in love! It was cute and cozy and just what we were looking for! 1 bedroom apartment with a cute stone design on the wall, cozy little kitchen! Everything! My boyfriend and I decided to put in an application for the place. After the wait to see if we were approved, we got a call from the owner. He said we didn't get the place because someone applied before us and took it. No lie, I was sad and upset lol. Then he says, "But I have another 1 bedroom available in the building next door!". So as soon as we got off of work, we viewed the apartment. It wasn't as cute as the other one, but it was a tad bit bigger, so that was definitely a plus. We took it! And have been living here since February. We have a very nice landlord who makes sure everything works properly. Nice and clean courtyard. And the neighborhood isn't too bad! I'm glad to call my little cozy one bedroom home!
