When I moved to the Cincinnati area for my new Job I was in a strange place and I had to find an apartment all on my own. After I was given a tour of Grandview Summit I knew I had found my home even though it was just the second complex I had visited. The area is a cross between and upscale community and forested land, complete with a local country club, local liberal arts college campus and medical center all nearby. There is a local town with stores also very close(all within about 5 minutes ...
by car). Additionally, the freeway access to a very large local mall district and Cincinnati are just as close. The apartments have all the amenities: air conditioning, dishwasher, in unit washer dryer hook-ups complete with a service to rent washer/dryer units if you wish. The individual buildings are like nice lodges arranged on a park like site. The leasing office has a guest lounge with outdoor pool and picnic area complete with beach volleyball overlooking a central pond including a fountain, and there is a fitness room. The staff is friendly and responsive to maintenance calls at all times. even with all this the rates are quite reasonable. Walking around the grounds puts me in mind of a stroll through an alpine lodge.
