The only reason I gave it a 2 star rating is because the apartment needs a lot of upgrades. It needs new Windows, a new stove and that it doesn't have washer dryer hook ups, but for what we pay I think it's good. I have a 2 bed 1 bath, and I love all the space my boyfriend and I have. We pay $575 a month, about $60-$90 for our electric bill, summer months it'll be $150-$200. We get one detached garage, and we have a few spots that are first come first serve. Parking hasn't been a problem. I ...

wouldn't leave anything nice in the cars that aren't parked in the garage. All in all, it's not a bad place for under $600.
