This is a great El Segundo property with many updates. The updates include new cabinet faces, drawers, and a water heater. In addition, there is new ceramic flooring in the bathroom and a newer bathroom cabinet & fixtures. Moreover, there is a newer kitchen sink, kitchen countertop & fixtures. A brand new stove was just added! Also, there is a used refrigerator. This unit also boasts a newer laminate floor in the bedroom and living room, and vinyl flooring in the kitchen. There are double pane windows and solid core doors and also central heating. There is lots of cabinet space and storage. There is also a nice walk-in closet in the bedroom and a walk-in pantry in the kitchen. The exterior was recently painted and looks amazing. We have two laundry facilities onsite. The unit has one carport space and additional storage space recently built in the carport. This slice of paradise is located near beautiful parks and beaches. A consistent Ocean breeze keeps the temperature at roughly 72 degrees year-round. There is no need for air conditioning, except maybe 2 weeks out of the year. The ocean is one mile and 275 yards from the property. There is a nice park to work out across the street. I have a running section mapped out across the street with half-mile markers. Also, it has close access to the 105 and 405 freeways and LAX across the street. We have excellent schools and a great community. There are lots of great restaurants downtown and also several good bars. This town is "Mayberry by the Sea." El Segundo is like a piece of the Midwest dropped in the middle of Los Angeles. Furthermore, we have a great police force and great firemen! I have a video tour available upon request. This is a one-year lease, which then moves by default to month to month. The owner pays for water & trash only. There are two laundries on site which are free most of the time. This unit comes with one carport space and bonus storage available. We do not allow pets.
