April 6, 2022The landlord claims to be just the manager but she’s the owner. Place is infested with rodents. Ants all over the place. Exterior is terrible. Cracks on stairway and walkway. Spider webs all over place. Owner charge a lot for a security deposit and will use it all if you plan to move out. Charging ridiculous fees to fix up an already outdated building. Stay away from this place if you want your security deposit back! She won’t respond to your call or text for issues relating to her broken down ...building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Look Elsewhere
September 8, 2020Landlord doesn’t return all of deposit, so watch out for that. Loud neighborhood, terrible parking. Entire unit is old and filthy and locked gates are actually broken so you can just push the door hard and get into the complex. Ants coming from the outlets! The entire building is filled with ants. You can clean with Clorox and pine sol everyday and the ants will still find a way to come inside. Save yourself a year of hell and look somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com
