I can see why this place hard to rent

For rent Signs have been out for months. Not sure if this building is a landlord problem or manager or just dirty tenants. The garages look like storage units with tons of junk everywhere. Other review is right the lobby and by the elevators needs paint job. The whole lobby floor needs to be redone. The building needs a good paint job and windows need to be cleaned. They won’t even paint over the graffiti on the lower garage lobby. Really, the price is too high for what you get here. I’m sure we ...
are the eyesore of the neighborhood. If the landlord was smart he would invest a few dollars and get longer better tenants and more rent. For goodness sakes clean out the garages.

I agree , we are also leaving once our lease is up. The lobby is embarrassing. Let's be real it cost maybe 200 bucks at most to have the lobby repainted. Look at the doorknob on the door to the laundry room. Clearly they don't care. The building is starting to look really bad even on the outside. Someone give them 5 bucks for a new doorknob please. No wonder they can't rent any units. The garages and the hallways to both garages have never been cleaned I'm sure! What is sad is these are very easy ...

The apartments inside are really cute but the lobby and the hallway for the laundry and the hallway to the garages are SO FILTHY! I don't think they have ever had a maintenance company here or cleaned anything. It's so dirty you can smell the dirt and sneeze. The paint job on the walls is horrible it's obvious they just don't care. Elevator dirty. We are embarrassed to have anyone come visit who has to walk thru those areas. Once our lease is done we are gone! The apartments in the area are a ...
