I have not lived here but a few months but honestly I’m fairly impressed. The apartment I have is mostly carpet, which is okay considering it is upstairs, and for the price is quite nice. I do enjoy having a balcony, and the pool area is very nice and well kept. Top this off with being one of the only rentals in San Angelo to allow large dogs and you can understand my choice. The rooms are extremely spacious, except the kitchen. Admittedly it’s a bit small, but the rest of the apartment makes ...

up for this. Management is friendly, responsive, and truly makes any concern I have feel that it will be considered and remedied if needed. Overall I give this complex 4.5/5 stars!

Terrible!

The new management sucks, they cut the tall fences down which took away peoples privacy, left some things dangerous, and it's quite hard to ever reach the landlord. Very distasteful. The old management was better!

Getting Better!

Been here a while and have seen changes for the better. Apartments are now being better maintained and they are beginning to do some work on the outside(lighting, painting) as well. We also seem to have fewer issues with other residents, problems are handled quickly and fairly.
