      4 bedrm.liveingrm.kichen.bathrm. low income. Been here 5 1/2 yrs. Did small upgrades to make it nice. Kichen cabinets painted with new handles. New bathrm mirror cabinet. Heaters in my n daughter rm going to finish breaking this winter n ruin furniture again. Wall in hallway falling apart. Bathrm needs paint job. Kichen counter yet has not been replace,looks terrible. Super does not follow threw with his word. Houseing ignores the issues. Front lobby during winter tubes n ceiling leak. Ceiling ...
      fell n all they did was patch it. Laundry room is always broken. Sad.
