It's ok but could be better

This was the most affordable yet decent apartment I could find that did not require me to have a roommate in order to be able to pay rent. Now that I have been living here the past few months, I wish I did find a better apartment with a roommate. It's an old building. Could use a lot of touch ups and remodeling. Everything is very outdated and kind of dirty looking. Many of the tenants look kind of suspicious. Cops have come several times for whatever reasons. This one tenant is a tweaker and ...

likes to run back and forth on the second floor. My towel holder broke off the first time I set my towel on it in the bathroom. I get scared coming home to be honest. I carry a stun gun and pepper spray all the time. The tenants stare at me and make me feel uncomfortable. The maintenance guy has bothered me by asking me to give him rides and stuff so I try to avoid that situation constantly. I can go on and on. I can't wait to move out!
