with a little space to spare. On the other hand, bedrooms 2 and 3 are INCREDIBLY tiny. Both of my roommates currently have twin size beds, as the rooms would not hold anything larger and still be navigable. I can see them being good children's rooms, but adults will definitely find the space lacking. The bathroom is spacious, and (curiously enough) significantly larger than the incredibly poorly laid out galley kitchen. There is a full tub and shower, toilet, and sink as you'd expect. Moving into the kitchen, we begin to see issues. Although there is an abundance of cabinet space, the galley style means the kitchen is actually too narrow to open the oven more than about 35 degrees. It is impossible for more than one person to be in there at a time, making sharing the space very very difficult. Other than that, the landlord charges SIGNIFICANTLY more for this apartment than it's worth. There are other (much larger) units WITH updated appliances for the same or less money literally across the street from this one. That, and this unit has some serious issues that I do not believe there are any plans to address. The most significant of these is the floor. In my bedroom, the dresser sits flush against the wall...at the bottom. At the top, it is almost 4 inches away from the wall. My bed wobbles, as one corner is higher than the other as well.
