This apt. is near montrose beach and down the street from truman college. There are plenty of places to go eat or shop within walking distance. The carpeting in the hallways has stains and it smells bad. It should be ripped up and burned. The elevator is extremely small and tight. Every time you ride it, you think it will break and plummet to the basement. The laundry room only has 3 washers and 3 dryers. Someone has been stealing the tentants mail packages. The maintainence people don't care ...
about showing up when you call. They don't even answer the phone or return messages. There are little black and red bugs that show up on the counters, cabinets and stove constantly. This is a very old building that should be torn down and rebuilt.
