A very pleasant stay!

I had the pleasure of staying here and loved every aspect of it. It was tastefully furnished and a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood had a lot to offer with parks being close and accessible, and it was great to be so close to the border crossing! I would drive over to Canada to see the sunset and be back within the hour. The property owners were also so kind, we had no issues at all! Ended up staying again for a short period of time some months later and would do so again!

My husband and I are travel nurses. Kaylyn’s (property owner) property was recommended to us by our agency. We lived on the first floor/unit and it was great for our senior dog (yes, they’re very dog friendly.) The house is more than enough for us two plus two dogs. We were able to accommodate our families whenever they visited us. Everyone, not just us, felt very cozy and comfortable. The house and amenities (in-house washer and dryer, mini gym in the basement) is more than we could ask for. We ...
stayed here for a year and 7 months until we had to move for a better job opportunity out west. We definitely made this house our home. Kaylyn is the best landlord anyone could ask for. She responded quickly to any issues in the house or housemates. She’s very approachable and accommodating. Having her as our landlord made everything easier for us transitioning to a new place, new job and other life experiences that happened to us in Buffalo. We highly recommend this place!
