These buildings are: 519 Virginia Street, this building was built in 1890 and has been fully renovated which includes 8 two-bedroom unfurnished apartments, six with 2 bathrooms and 2 with 1 bathroom. 20 St. Louis Place, this building was built in 1846 and includes 15 fully renovated one-bedroom apartments. 18 St. Louis Place, this building was built in 1850 and consists of 7 fully renovated one-bedroom apartments. 14 St. Louis Place, this building was built in 1850 and has 8 fully renovated one-bedroom apartments. These rental loft apartment buildings offer elegant and luxurious living options ranging from one bedroom units to two story, one bedroom plus den loft apartments, to two bedroom lofts all fully renovated with all amenities in suite. All apartments can be leased for a minimum of one year. Enjoy the entertainment, culture, shopping and dining options of Allentown, with the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus and the State University of Buffalo’s Downtown campus located within a few minutes’ walk from our rental apartments.
