thought this would be a nice place to live for about 4 years while we are saving for a house. All started 2 weeks after we moved in. Landlord keeps calling complaining about noise, kids running around, TV volume, etc. I bought a bunch of carpet rugs to cover the floor to reduce footstep noise. We didn’t watch TV at all so we please the neighbors. By the way, people on this building are sensitive to any kind of noise, they will find a way to kick you out. At that moment I just wanted to finish my one-year lease contract and leave that place. My girlfriend gave birth and we had a new born baby. One week later the Landlord came to the apartment to tell me to leave and he will give me the full deposit. He told me that there are several complaints about noise, footsteps, baby’s cry, kids’ noise after midnight and a bunch of lies that didn’t make sense to me. He kicked me out with no written notice. I spent time and money looking for a new place with a new born baby and my girlfriend still weak after being in the hospital. So stressful! For the worst, he gave me $600 back from $2495 deposit. What a rip off! Stay Away from this place!
