Great Neighborhood
September 23, 2015Very diverse neighborhood. Apartment building could use some sprucing up, but the landlords are very prompt with having work done when you need it. Also, they are very flexible with rent payments if you are a good tenant! The building's super could use some people skills, but the common area (hallways) cleaning has improved over time. Apartments are between a barber shop and hair salon, so there is a lot of traffic, but not a lot of noise.
