Beautiful, Century-Old Home Converted to Apts
August 12, 2015Location is AWESOME. Right in the heart of Dundee, one of Omaha's hippest little neighborhoods. Walking distance to great bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store & local retail shops. Walking/biking distance to Nebraska Med Center, Memorial Park, Elmwood Park, UNO, Midtown Crossing and a short drive or bike ride to the trendy Benson neighborhood. Bike rental stand is just down the block. Original hardwood floors and woodwork add to the charm. All windows lock and tip in for easy cleaning. ...Good storage space. Steam heat is great in cold, mid-Western winters. View from bedroom is beautiful & windows on N & W sides bring in great breezes year round. Only problems are common to living in older buildings - occasional crack in ceiling or wall, creaking steps, thin walls, small kitchen. Landlords are very kind and responsive to tenant needs.
