Loud neighbors and barking dogs

Do not move here! Neighbors almost nightly are outside partying and being extremely loud. Many people have dogs that literally bark all day long. You will be miserable! The only positive is location but I can guarantee you won't find it worth the daily and nightly disturbances. I'm not talking a little noise, LOUD and do not care in the slightest they are being that loud.
