Pray to God you never need any compassion. I did a tour of this apartment. And yes I signed the lease. I paid them over $4000.00 in advanced rent as I am self employed. I ended up losing the work I had the next day after I signed the contract, two weeks before the move in date. There were still people in the unit. They have a buy out clause if you need to leave before the end of your lease. Guess what? They were so kind and compassionate they charged me the COMPLETE BUYOUT of $3720.00. I ...

never got a key or stepped one foot inside the place except to look at the place. They were completely within their rights to do what they did. But If you are thinking of renting here, I would avoid this place like the plague! Let me be clear they broke no laws but they have the compassion of snake!
