Roaches, poor management

Absolutely infested wall to wall w/ german cockroaches. Homeless people break in and sleep in stairwells. Landlord does nothing to fix door that they break into or roach problem. Stairways smell like cigarettes and urine

Large one-bedroom apt! I love the square-footage, the building and the neighborhood! However, neighbors in the next building keep late hours, have lots of adolescent kids and are all kind of rowdy. This 2nd fl unit is in dire need of a facelift! It is the only unit in the bldg w/W2W carpet, the cabinets need some TLC and the countertops should be replaced soon. The kitchen storage is sufficient, but counter space is almost NIL! 2 Big closets, bathroom is a decent size, but ...

bedroom/bathroom/closet doors have had their "turn" and need to be updated! Light fixtures have seen brighter days as well and floors, although bearable and may very well go unnoticed, are uneven in a few spots.
