Don't believe the hype in the ad, it's not even a 3 star property.

I lived in this building for 2018 until 2021. Other than it being being convenient there is nothing going for this place. Unless they were sold to new owner it's not worth the overpriced rent or dealing with the passive/ aggressive owner/landlord. Nothing will be repaired in a timely manner or repaired correctly or even at all. I only stayed as long as I did due to the covid outbreak. Not worth it. There's better out there.
