New building, so many problems

Moved in thinking a new building would mean less problems. In 2 years we've had car break ins, a gate that breaks every couple months, an AC that broke, mold build from the broken AC, ants coming out of the walls, dirty hallways, bad drainage on the balcony, and to top it off the management company will barely respond until you have to take legal action. Also on move out because we had put our bins out on Saturday for Monday pick up and homeless went through the trash. The management ...

company waited till 5pm the next day to request it taken away asap or receive extra charges. Horrible service unless they want to charge you.
