This apartment is cozy, has washer and dryer in the apt stainless steel appliances and a full length private terrace. YOU CANT BEAT THAT!

50 North 5th is about 1 1/2 years old and a wonderful building. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and very detail oriented. The building and grounds are very well maintained. We also have a wonderful apartment with beautiful countertops, dishwasher and washer and dryer. The location is great, close to the subway, water, ferry and bars and restaurants. We have a beautiful roof deck with grills and lounge chairs which weve used throughout the entire summer. I can't think of a better ...
building in Brooklyn. Our only complaint is as a new resident, we found flaws in the apartment we moved into. The paint job was not well done, a few door knobs didn't work properly, a small leak under the kitchen sink. Other than that the apartment is absolutely perfect.
