The poorest management ever. 2 weeks without a heater. Plumbing and swafe back flush once a month. In less than 6 months we've been here, nothing but disaster. No licensed Tech will ever show up. Only low tech handyman. They make half a dozen trips to find the right part IF they show up at all. Greedy and luticrous management. Two partners, ane ok and the other greedy and incompetent. Lazy, hands off, and full of excuses. You will be sitting in waiting for fixes that each takes days, if ...
they show up at all. This is a crumbling shell and you will pay twice. With your valuable time and of course the rent. Because of non stop problems here, it will impossible and expensive to stay sanitized. If this is ok with you. You then found the paradise to move in.
