This is literally the worst place I’ve ever lived. When we moved in, the showers were moldy, the floors were filthy, our shelves were dusty, and previous tenants’ belongings were still in various places. The landlord had the audacity to say they did a good job cleaning when I confronted him about it!!! He will not respond promptly to requests, so be prepared to have things broken for a while. The noise levels at night are maddening - I can hear every footstep above me. Half of the window screens ...

have holes so tons of bugs fly in. The landlord is dismissive of concerns and incredibly vague with instructions and procedures. We had no idea how to even get our keys the day we moved in. If you can find any other place, you really should.

The land lord will nickle and dime you for damages, he will not make repairs with a reasonable effort and quality, he will fail to schedule tours and inspections with you. The quality of the apartments themselves is less than desirable to say the least. I lived here for one year, and while I loved the location and charm, I was left infuriated and taken advantage of.
