September 16, 2021The only good thing about this complex is the inclusive pet policy (no breed restrictions). The buildings are old and small, and have very little storage. There are empty storage closets in the parking area but the landlord keeps them locked to prevent tenant use. There’s no laundry facilities. No recycling bins. Rodents are a problem. Landlord is unprofessional. Overall, these units are overpriced for what they offer.Review from Apartments.com

February 23, 2021In the 20 years I lived in LA I have never experienced what I have w this owner. She first off always wants cash payments. Things will get fixed but she will threaten to take repairs out of your security deposit , the security deposit and the rent get raised ever year. I have never heard of raising a security deposit before, but soon after moving in I heard from tenants that almost all tenants that leave get ZERO deposit back, so that would explain her little nest egg. If you call her with actual ...legitimate concerns or complaints she will block, with the only way to contact her is snail mail. Lovely Little Complex
August 14, 2015Complex is composed of eight bungalows that each hold two units. One parking spot per unit, most are covered. Community grill, but no laundry on site. Units have hardwood floors, gas powered wall heater, and window air conditioning. Small back patio and side yards for all units, though half of the units the back patio and side yard are not connected. Easy access to the 170, 101, and 134 freeways as well as the North Hollywood Metro station. Pets allowed.Review from Apartments.com
