April 27, 2025Massive problem with security in the building. During the summer there are constantly non-residents sneaking in to use the pool and courtyard yet there has been very little done to combat these problems. Cars get robbed frequently. March 7, 2025The building itself is nice and the location is awesome. The leasing team, although very very nice and do their best to help/accommodate, will make decisions that they can't follow through on, which may cost you $$$. New "amenities" are added (that no one asked for and are very restrictive that they don't even make sense) that you end up getting charged for. They do work really hard to plan/execute community events! That is a PLUS. The events though are during the day/ working hours so i can't ...ever attend. With all the rent increases, I don't know if this place is "worth it," but the location really is killer.
