My apartment is incredibly affordable by standard Manhattan rates. It's a newly renovated 3-bedroom unit, with an open kitchen and living room. It's located between the 1 train and the B/C trains, so transit is fast and easy. There's no laundry, elevator, or dishwasher - but the price cannot be beat!
