This was the best apartment building I ever lived in. I was so sad to leave this apartment when I got a job in another city. The neighborhood was wonderful and VERY walkable. Grocery store, farmers market in the summer, the lake, and Meriter Hospital (where I worked) all walkable or bikeable. Building itself was very well made so I almost never hear my neighbors. Maintenance requests were always responded to in a reasonable manner. Street parking was pretty reasonable except on game days. I loved ...

this apartment so much and if I ever move back to Madison this is where I would live. And the building owner is so sweet.
