Units suck
May 13, 2021They raise the rent every year with no evidence of building/unit improvement and claim its ground maintenance. The parking is NOT assigned and the parking lot is horrible and needs to be re-done. Washer/dryers are horrible-- takes 2 cycles to dry any amount of clothes. Management gives last minute notices of building repair and says "its an emergency." So be prepared to have no water and for the main fire alarm to go off at random due to bad electrical wiring.
